Asset Lifecycle Management

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (SLA)
Periodic maintenance protocols designed to preserve optimal equipment reliability. Inspections are conducted under isolated conditions or static bypass:
• Power busbar torque audits to prevent high-inrush thermal stress.
• Degradation profiling of AC output and DC link electrolytic capacitors.
• Verification of copper and aluminum busbar oxidation.
• Thermodynamic and acoustic analysis of active cooling arrays.

Corrective Interventions & Hot-Swap
Zero-latency restorative procedures addressing network transients or component faults:
• Service Level Agreements (SLA): Contractually guaranteed priority response windows.
• Live Hot-Swap: On modular topologies, extraction and replacement of power modules or battery trays occur under live critical load without interruption to downstream IT infrastructure.
• Network Infrastructure: Firmware integrity diagnostics, reset of SNMP/Modbus communications, and Emergency Power Off (EPO) loop validation.

Electrochemical Battery Management
Energy storage represents the primary vulnerability in mission-critical continuity. DAMIA conducts active battery bank health monitoring:
• Conductance Testing: Quantitative internal impedance measurements per cell to isolate early chemical degradation.
• Preventive Block Replacement: Timed replacement before cell resistance reaches the degradation knee, eliminating capacity loss from the Peukert effect.

HSE Compliance & Site Safety
Field execution within data centers and industrial environments adheres to uncompromised safety mandates:

  • Site-specific Operational Safety Plans (POS).
